Welcome to Sensing Technology 2010

The countdown has begun to Sensing Technology 2010 the first ever show dedicated entirely to sensors and test measurement products.

Launched in response to industry demand by Datateam Business Media Ltd publishers of the market-leading Instrumentation magazine, Sensing Technology 2010 takes place at the NEC, Birmingham, on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th September, bringing together the biggest names in sensing technology and more.

Not only will you have the opportunity to discuss your specific projects with industry leading experts you will also see exhibits that will stretch your imagination as to how the latest technologies can be applied and work for you. For example developments in flow sensing and wireless technology are providing remote monitoring options ideal for certain applications that until now have been cost prohibitive.

As industry and end user clients demand more and more functionality from devices and machines the Sensing Technology Show is your opportunity to make sure you and your company are fully up to speed with what is available and can be realistically achieved today.

The FREE seminar programme delivered by the Electronics, Sensors and Photonics Knowledge Transfer network is detailed below and yet again represents another reason why you should take the trouble to visit us at the NEC this September.

For those  working in the aerospace and defence industries there is also the opportunity to combine a visit to our show on the 29th September with a visit to the Aero Engineering and Composites Engineering show also taking place at the NEC.

A visit to Sensing Technology will enable you to make better informed purchasing decisions, link you with the manufacturers and suppliers who can solve your current technical, application, pricing and/or delivery problem, and provide an insight into future innovations allowing you to effectively plan your own product and application developments.

With two dedicated seminar suites situated within the body of the show, you will be able to ‘pick n mix’ from a wealth of informative presentations and discussions, covering the most important topics affecting this sector.  From application know how to technical innovations, and sector specific drivers to broad based offerings, these highly appropriate seminars will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the ESP KTN.

In tandem with the information presented in the Knowledge Transfer Suites, the Innovation Theatre will house some of the most astounding innovations that this important sector can offer.  With many, not yet commercially available but looking for business backing and application delivery, these technical innovations will provide the event with a welcome addition to the tried and tested products that are currently available and marketed.
